Refunds and changes depend on the type of service purchased, the airline or supplier rules, booking status, payment status, and the timing of the request.

Consulting service fees

Consulting fees pay for research, review, planning time, itinerary comparison, and professional guidance. Once consulting work has been performed or delivered, the consulting fee is generally non-refundable.

Airfare and supplier charges

Airline tickets, taxes, baggage charges, seat charges, hotel charges, and supplier-imposed fees are governed by the applicable airline or supplier. Some fares are non-refundable; some may allow changes only with penalties or fare differences.

Online booking refunds

For online flight bookings, refund eligibility depends on the airline fare rules and booking provider conditions displayed or applicable at the time of purchase. A submitted refund request does not guarantee approval.

Processing timelines

Approved refunds may take time to process through airlines, suppliers, card issuers, and payment processors. Bank posting time is outside Vista’s control.
